Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract with us or another seller at www.tessi-supply.com within fourteen days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail)

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to cancel this contract, a simple statement with order number, name and cancellation in the subject line is sufficient.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel the contract, all payments received will be refunded to you. For deliveries with a goods value less than €50, you as the buyer bear the full return costs. Customers outside of Germany must also pay for the return shipping themselves. The same means of payment will be used for this repayment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you agreed; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. Refunds may be refused until the goods have been returned or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to the respective seller without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of the contract. You can get details and instructions for a quick and uncomplicated return from our support. In particular, here you can request your return label and, in the case of shipments by courier, view the contact details of the carrier. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You do not bear any costs for returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
